Did a freelance character design/illustration job at the beginning of the year for an Asian theater chain who wanted some new mascots. Riffing on familiar movie theater motifs, we cooked up a Candy Girl, Spicy Popcorn Guy, and Film Projector Guy and made illustrations for each.

Just pure silly fun in comic style. Had to keep the colors relatively simple and flat so the art could survive translation into vector art, as the plan was to print these out at a giant size.
